All orders are shipped F.O.B. origin from Kodo Sciences’ shipping facility. Title and risk of loss pass to Buyer upon delivery to the carrier. All shipping and transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Kodo Sciences is not liable for any delay, loss, damage, theft, seizure, or non-delivery occurring after delivery to the carrier, regardless of cause.
We currently ship to all 50 United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated transit times:
Free Shipping: Orders over $500 qualify for complimentary standard shipping within the continental United States.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are stable at ambient temperatures during standard shipping. Where cold-chain handling is specified for a product, orders are packaged with appropriate temperature-control materials. All products are discreetly packaged in tamper-evident packaging.
Kodo Sciences currently ships within the United States only. International availability may be expanded in the future. International researchers are encouraged to contact us at research@kodosciences.com to discuss regional options.
If your order arrives damaged or is reported lost by the carrier, please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Kodo Sciences is not liable for orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported as not received. Buyer is solely responsible for providing a secure and accurate delivery address.
